* My 2-year old Goldendoodle started this food about two weeks ago and I have noticed a considerable change in her enthusiasm about eating her kibble and being more regular with her bowel movements. Her coat also seems to be healthier looking. This food was rated A+ amongst competitive dog food ratings. I highly recommend this food if your dog has a delicate digestive system.Ā
* I think this is a very decent food- albeit a bit overpriced, IMHO. Dogs seem to be doing well on it and coats look good so we will see how it sustains after several more months. I typically give a food 3/4 months to see how the dogs look and feel on it. However at this price point - not sure I will feed this particular one again.
* After finding out that my dog is allergic to just about everything out there, potatoes and peas being the biggest thing, I started searching for something that was reasonably priced and appetizing to my dog. This product manages to do both. My dog goes crazy over the food and her allergy problems are gone. I do wish it was available locally, but shipping is quick so it's not a big deal.

* I had been using Acana Appalachian Ranch but soon after getting a few bags produced at their Kentucky plant instead of from Canada, my GSDs started smelling horrible (that funky dog smell that leaves your hands stinky), bad breath, and itching uncontrollably. I started with Timberwolf's Wilderness Legends-Elk and Salmon. Complete turn-around on the horrible smell and bad breath but still some itching, though nowhere as bad as before. I know that many pet owners have jumped on the grain free bandwagon due to assuming their dog is allergic to them, but most aren't aware that beef and chicken are also allergy culprits as well. I then tried their Ocean Blue Legends. After 3 months of using this, they smell great, no more itching, and their fur is the softest it has ever been (probably even better than when they were puppies). Friends that stop by and of course pet my fur babies comment on how soft they are and that their breath actually smells good. I know this can seem pricey but then I think about how much I spend per day on groceries for my family. The price per pound for what I feed my babies and the health benefits I'm seeing in them; can't ask for a better food!
