What if I am dissatisfied with my purchase, can I return the items?
Yes. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate your return please email retail@scsdirectinc.com with your order number, order date and personal information. Please include any invoices and receipts that you may have.
Do you accept refunds for a return item?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or paypal account. You will receive the credit within 2 business days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Who will shoulder the shipping cost of my returned item?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Do you have international shipping?
Yes. We ship to anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-4 weeks, based on where in the world you are, to receive your International Orders. Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place an order.
What if the item delivered is incorrect?
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, SCS Direct Inc reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.
Are there additional charges for international shipping? Does the company shoulder the fees?
International orders may have additional fees applied to them by the receiving country's (your country's) customs agency. Unfortunately, we have nothing to do with these fees and are not able to estimate fees or determine whether or not there will be any. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Shipping costs are calculated prior to the final checkout page giving you a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
What is SVAN of Sweden high chair?
Svan of Sweden’s Signet high chair is a multi-function high chair imported from Europe, much like the Tripp Trapp (discussed earlier). The all-wood Signet (a plastic dishwasher-safe tray cover is included) morphs from a high chair to a chair for toddlers and then older kids.

Is SVAN high chair cushion compatible with the chair?
Yes. The cushion is compatible with the Signet Complete High Chair, the Signet Essential High Chair Collection, and the Bentwood to Booster Collection.
How accurate are weight limits of the chairs?
It is very accurate.The weight limit on high chairs is 50 pounds. Note: Children grow at different rates. Although most children can use the high chair up to 50 pounds, there may be children who have become too tall to fit in the chair before they reach 50 pounds.
