I pointed out that the error page was a Ticketmaster issue and was told since not enough people have complained about it, it was not important enough to look into.
Wayne of Harrisburg, OR: Last week I got the urge to go to the Elton John concert literally just days before his Portland concert. StubHub was the only source I could find. Bought two pretty good tickets. When we arrived at the gate we were told the tickets had already been scanned and were no good. We were directed to the Ticketmaster ticket office where they confirmed the tickets had been already scanned. They gave us a toll free number to StubHub customer service.
