- 24g of protein in one pack (most of protein powders geared towards women have less protein content usually 19-22g), which is important for me to have higher protein content.
- They taste really good...not chalky or thick at all. They dissolve in water or almond milk really easily. Not overly sweet. CLEAN after taste. Especially for Vanilla flavor, I was able to really enjoy without adding other ingredients (which I usually do because of strong artificial flavor in other brand's vanilla protein). I wanted to drink more after my shake was finished.
- Low calorie per pack/scoop. 100 cal/pack is the lowest I have seen on market.

I have been on a search for a good, clean and pure protein without the unnecessary additives and chalky taste most protein powders tend to have. I have tried both and prefer vanilla because I can mix it (the powder mixes very well, it doesn't leave any clumps not is it gritty) with almost anything. I add it to plain Greek yogurt (legit tastes like cake frosting), egg white omelettes and cottage cheese for added protein. Chocolate is great for just protein shakes to mix with frozen fruit. Both favors taste great, it has a great consistency (tastes like milkshake) and I like knowing that I am consuming something that's good for my body. There is no weird after taste from the stevia.
