*Ā I just received these sandals. These Combat Flip Flops look great, appear to be very well made, and I suspect will provide me with good service for years to come. They arrived in a plastic storage bag inside another plastic shipping bag. They do have a slight non-offensive odor of processing chemicals that I suspect will disperse as I allow them to "air out" for a few days.. Initially trying them on they felt very snug. I typically wear a size 10 shoe and ordered a size 11 sandal. Perhaps I should have ordered a size larger but my foot fits on the platform of these sandals with a little overhang of the leather all around. The straps are a bit tight, at least on initial wearing. I suspect that once my feet and these flip flops adjust to each other they will be very comfortable for wearing all day long.. I have never been a flip-flop fan and, because of foot issues I must deal with, this is my first real effort at trying them. I believe I have made a good first choice as these look quite nice and sturdy. If they get along with my feet, I can easily see myself wearing these out in public, which is something I never thought I'd say or do.. My initial impression of these Combat Flip Flops, which I expect will not change, is very positive and I will recommend these to my friends.
*Ā So far very happy. I read the reviews in sizing and was tempted to go up one size as many people recommended. Glad I didn't. I am a true 12 but many times the flip flops I buy end up going about 1/4 to 1/2 inch past my heal and they feel to big. I ordered the size 12 and they come right to my heal. The toe portion is a little tight and will stretch into a perfect fit as they are full leather. I like flip flops I can wear with shorts or with jeans and these look great with both.

The leather and the cushioned heal make these a no brainer. The leather uppers conform to your foot after a few hours and you simply forget that your wearing the most comfortable flip flops around. I love my flip flops. I wear them around the home mainly. I did order them a size larger than I normally wear and that was perfect. I like the quality as they seem to be very well made. I have only had them a few days and time will tell.
