Can I use multiple codes?
At this time, one cannot combine BestSelf Co discount codes on one order. For example, You cannot combine the shipping promo and discount code, or a subscription and a discount code.

While your information is saved for your convenience at the time of the order, a managed account is not automatically created. To do so you'll need to create an account HERE. Orders placed outside the United States are subject to customs charges. We know customs charges are not ideal. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but before you cancel, did you know you can postpone your next delivery cycle? Once you log in to the account you have the option to postpone the delivery of a new journal. If you find yourself not quite finished with your journal at the 13-week mark simply log in and select the postpone option.

This is common with apartments or enclosed neighborhoods. It may be as simple as clarifying the location or scheduling a pick-up at your local post. 3. Check where your mail is normally delivered. Sometimes carriers like FedEx will pass off the package to local delivery services, so the package may be in your mailbox rather than at your door. What are your return guidelines?
1. All product returns require the original order number. You can find your order number on the invoice, under the Confirmation Number. 2. Product must be in unused condition and complete 3. All returns must ship within 30 days of receipt. 4. If you are returning to the US fulfillment center, please be sure to email support@bestself.co to receive an RMA number and return label. 5. Write your RMA number visible on the box. If you do not, your order will be returned to the sender, and a refund will not be issued.
What is your refund policy for returned items?
We will provide a label for all returns within the US but please note we will deduct the cost of the shipping label from the return. If you wish to return on your own, please let us know. The refund for returns will be refunded, less shipping. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after arriving at the fulfillment center.
Are there possibilities that returned items be rejected?
Yes. Products that are received by BestSelf Co. in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected: (1) Any product not purchased from the BestSelf Co. website. (Amazon or other 3rd Party purchases must be returned where it was purchased.); (2) Used, and (3) Destroyed.
