The founders, the mother-daughter duo – Tracey Noonan and Dani Vilagie created this family-owned company and they launched their first store in October of 2011 In Cohasset, Massachusetts. As the reputation of their product grew, they found themselves getting hundreds of requests to ship their product across the country. By filling jars with freshly baked layers of cake, frosting and filling, they were able to create a product that would remain fresh up to 10 days without refrigeration and that could be easily shipped.
News of this innovative product began to spread. In April of 2013, Tracey and Dani debuted their product in front of 10 million television viewers on ABC's hit reality show, Shark Tank. They attracted the attention of “Mr. Wonderful”, Kevin O'Leary and subsequently struck a deal that Kevin has since called, “the best investment” he's ever made on the show.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS. We ship on Monday - Friday excluding holidays. We do not ship or deliver on weekends. During busy times and holidays, we may sell out on certain days and therefore will not offer that shipping day. After entering the zip code you want to ship to, you will be provided with a calendar showing available delivery dates and associated costs. The date you are choosing is the date on which you wish the package to arrive NOT the day it will ship.
The delivery days and costs presented to you will depend on the following
- When your order is being placed. Orders placed before 4pm EST are eligible to ship the next business day.
- The zip code you are shipping to.
- Whether or not you're shipping to a residential address or a commercial address (commercial addresses are less expensive).
- The weight of the package being shipped.
We ship using the following methods.
- Ground (least expensive) - if the package can arrive within 3 days.
- 3 Day Select.
- 2nd Day Air.
- Next Day Air (saver, regular, and early AM delivery).
Orders will arrive by end of day on the date chosen (UPS considers end of day by 7pm). Shipping to a commercial address vs a residential address will save you on average $2.50 on the shipping cost.
Regular cupcake jars, cheesecake jars, and macarons are shipped from our kitchen in Pennsylvania. Gluten free cupcake jars are shipped from our kitchen in Massachusetts.

1. Do the jars require refrigeration?
Our cupcake, brownie and cake jars do not need to be refrigerated, however, they should kept in a cool, dry place.
All jars can be frozen for up to 6 months if you like.If you do freeze them, please allow them to thaw before serving.

3. Do I have to be home to receive products?
We ship via UPS. Wicked Good Cupcakes ships without a signature required. That being said, UPS reserves the right, when delivering to an apartment or condo complex or college, to not leave the package if no one is home in order to prevent the theft of your package. UPS issues a tracking number as soon as your shipping label has been printed. We encourage you to follow your package and if you have not received your package, to please call the UPS Customer Service line @ 1 (800) 742-5877 and present them with your tracking number so that they can help you locate your package.
We also encourage all our customers to sign up for UPS My Choice. It's a free service provided by UPS to allow customers to track, reroute and customize deliveries of all package
