What is Thenos's return policy?

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. PLEASE CONTACT THENOS PRIOR TO SENDING ANY ITEMS BACK TO RECEIVE AN RMA#. This is crucial as item(s) received without an RMA may not able to be properly tracked and thus prevent or delay any refund.
Refunds
Once they receive your item, it will go through inspection process and they will notify you that they have received your returned item.
