Where do my items ship from?
All items will ship from our warehouse based in Los Angeles, CA.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, CA. After your order is placed, it will be sent out in 1-3 business days (up to 4-6 days during sales and product launches), unless you choose priority shipping. Nov 25 - Dec 25 shipping may take much longer.
What payment methods can I use?

Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide! International shipping rates will be calculated and applied at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?
Orders within the US will receive free shipping for orders $100 or more.
What should I do if my package is lost?
Sometimes shipments are delayed by USPS. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery on domestic orders and up to 8 weeks for international orders. If you do not receive your package, please email us orders@tenthandpine.com.
What is your return/exchange policy?
You are eligible to exchange or refund products within 21 days of your order date. Please note that the product must be returned in the new, unwashed condition and in original packaging with all original tags. My item is defective, what should I do?
Please send an email to orders@tenthandpine.com with a picture of the defective item. We would be happy to offer you a replacement for the same item.
Are your inks eco friendly?
Our water-based ink is eco-friendly and certified with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Class 1 grading certification (the highest grade), approved for infant apparel. Our inks are completely harmless and environmentally friendly. No PVC, no phthalates, no formaldehyde, no organic tin compounds, no AZO dyes, no heavy metals. And Made in the USA!
What is GOTS Organic Cotton?
GOTS is recognized as the world's leading processing standard for textiles made from organic fibers. It defines high-level environmental criteria along the entire organic textiles supply chain and requires compliance with social criteria as well. Only textile products that contain a minimum of 70% organic fibers can become GOTS certified. All chemical inputs such as dyestuffs and auxiliaries used must meet certain environmental and toxicological criteria. The choice of accessories is limited in accordance with ecological aspects as well. A functional wastewater treatment plant is mandatory for any wet-processing unit involved and all processors must comply with minimum social criteria. Our GOTS organic cotton is in its natural color. It is left untreated, unbleached, and never dyed.
