I can’t seem to be able to access documentation
If you are not able to access documentation (you get redirected to the My Account area), please log out and then log back in.
What does your License include?
License keys have been deprecated, you should be able to download your themes, install them, and use them right away. Your purchase includes a lifetime license for using the theme and one-year access to support and updates. After that, support and updates require renewal. You can use our themes on as many personal domains as you wish. All our themes are 100% GPL. We kindly ask that any installations to client domains have a separate purchase license so they can access support and updates separately on their own.
How do I renew my license?
By default, all memberships renew automatically until you choose to cancel your membership. Keep in mind that membership provides you full access to support and upgrades for the purchased year. If you cancel, but later wish to renew, you can update your billing information and renew within your account. You may also reach out to us anytime for help in renewing your membership.
Can I Pay by Credit Card?
Of course, you can! Once you are redirected to Paypal, you will be able to select credit card payment. Just Expand the ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ tab.
How can I obtain a tax invoice?
Please use the following form. indicating your order number and your company’s VAT number. It may take up to 5 working days to receive an invoice.
I made a purchase before the pricing/licensing changes. What happens now?
If you purchased your theme before September 12, 2014, your license will be valid for 1 year from purchase. After that you should purchase a valid license key to receive updates and bug fixes.

How do I get technical support? How do I submit a ticket?

Are you a web design agency?
No. We are not a web design agency. We can’t offer web design services to customize the theme to your liking. A WordPress theme is a canvas and cannot satisfy very specific needs. As much as we try to add more features, it is impossible to satisfy thousands of different requirements. It is very important that you familiarize yourself with what you see on the demo as this will be what you’ll get once you purchase the theme.
Do you offer refunds?
All of our products come with a 30 days refund policy.
How difficult are your themes to set up? What does the support include?
You will need an intermediate knowledge of WordPress. Our help center is very comprehensive, we populate them with tutorials, video tutorials, and theme-specific FAQs. For everything else, there is support. You can review our support terms here.
Can I view the back end demo of your themes?
Of course! When you land on a demo, click on the ‘View Backend’ button on the theme selector.
Do your themes work with the latest version of WordPress?
Yes, our themes work with the latest version of WordPress.
Which Browser version do you support?
We usually support the latest 3 versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. We do not support IE6, 7, and 8.
Do your themes come set up like their demo sites or are they blank and need a developer to customise?
You will always need to install WordPress on your domain/hosting. Conference Pro, Fudge 2.0, Mondree, Khore, Vertoh, Tyler, Januas, and Fudge have an option to populate the site with dummy data so that you can have them looking like in the demo.
Can I customise the theme color scheme to match it with my brand colors?
All our themes have editable stylesheets (CSS). Some of our themes offer full customization without opening the CSS, conveniently from the dashboard. Some others offer preset color combinations.
Are your themes translation-ready with .mo and .po files?
Tyler, Januas, and Fudge come in ready with translations and we can also provide .po files for both themes. Event Manager Theme doesn’t come with .po files for translation. You can easily translate a po file with free software. We do not provide the right to left compatibility.
Do your themes provide registration/ticketing?
No. Our themes DO NOT have a native registration/ticketing system. We believe registration is a sensitive issue and it should be handled by dedicated plugins or services. Conference Pro, Fudge 2.0, Mondree, Khore, Vertoh, Tyler, Fudge, and Januas all work with Woocommerce, a free way to register attendees. We integrate nicely with some third-party services. See the theme comparison list to find out which systems are supported.
Do your themes work with WPML?
We cannot guarantee any of our themes work with WPML.
Do you support Woocommerce?
Conference Pro, Fudge 2.0, Mondree, Khore, Vertoh, Tyler, Januas, and Fudge all support Woocommerce. You can have a look at how the ticket selector looks on the demo and click on the bar ‘Registration’ -> ‘Woocommerce’
Does Fudge offer a registration/ticketing system?
No. Fudge does not have a native registration/ticketing system. It integrates well with Eventbrite, EventEspresso, Xing Events, and Woocommerce. You may as well integrate with other registration/ticketing services but extra styling may be needed.

Does my Theme purchase include PSD files?
No, we do NOT provide PSD files with any single or bundle theme package purchase.
Can I call Speakers something else, such as Performers?
Of course. You will need to edit some templates to achieve it though, therefore if you are not confident enough, we recommend purchasing support as well. We will guide you step by step on how to change the taxonomy.
Are your themes multi-language?
Our themes are NOT multilanguage, i.e. no concurrent languages can be displayed. Nor do they integrate with multilanguage plugins. We only offer translations for the.PO file. Any other multi-language capability is not offered as part of our themes and our support does not include customization in this area.
Do your themes work with WordPress Plugins?
In general, we suggest using as few plugins as possible. The WordPress repository offers hundreds of thousand plugins, it is prohibitive to integrate with all of them. Major plugins work fine in most cases but we cannot guarantee functionality when you install external plugins. Plugin support is something our support team won’t be able to help you with.
Do you support Gravity Forms?

Can I add Custom menus to Fudge?
No. At present, you can only add anchors to the page section in the top nav menu. This is to keep the attention focused on the homepage.
How Does Your Integration With Event Espresso, Eventbrite, Xing Events, Tickettailor, Gravity Forms and WooCommerce work?
Our Integration with all the above theme providers goes as far as integrating the ticket selector. Items such as speakers, sessions, and schedules will not integrate with those of the tools if offered. You can safely drop a ticket selector from any of the above services and be sure that it will correctly display on our theme. Fudge 2.0 can pull Event Info and Tickets information from Eventbrite via API.
Can I add or remove the sections I see on the demo?
Fudge is fully customizable. You select what goes where on the home page. Everything is managed through drag and drop widgets.
What version of Event Espresso do you support?
We only support Event Espresso 4. Our integration with Event Espresso includes only the ticket selector. Speakers, Agenda, and Sessions will be handled separately.
Does Vertoh offer a registration/ticketing system?
No, Vertoh does not have native registration. Vertoh does integrate with Eventbrite, Woocommerce, EventEspresso, Xing Events.
