What is the Billing Verification Process?
For any users who wish to purchase our service with their Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal account and do not have a long history already with us, we are forced to validate your account for the purpose of minimizing fraudulent orders. How do I use the ProxyRack?
Log in and set up Private Residential Proxies. Step 1 - Check your current IP Address. Open your preferred browser and go to IPInfo https://ipinfo.io. Step 2 - Login to your member dashboard and navigate to your active product. Login to your member dashboard with your ProxyRack account username and password.
Why was my subscription rejected?
You would have received an email from our support requesting more information or stating the reason for your subscription rejection. All customers who want to purchase using PayPal or a Credit Card need to undergo our fraud verification process which can easily be completed in a few minutes.
How long do we hold commission for?
We hold commissions for 40 days. This is to prevent any issues for us with chargebacks, fraud, or refunds.
When do we process affiliate payouts?
Every month on the 28th day we automatically process payouts for all affiliates and it is available for you to see in your Affiliate area inside your member's panel.
What is required to be paid?
You will need to go through our billing verification process before we can send your payout.
What payout methods do we have?
We only pay affiliates through PayPal at this time.
How do I request a payout?

Can I use an email address different from my PayPal email address?
No, you can't. Your email address should be identical to your PayPal.
Why doesn't my GEO request match correctly?
You may be wondering why our GEO IPs do not match your requested location, where we will try our best to clarify this. We utilize MaxMind GEO database for all location information and other websites or databases may display different information (even a totally different country - say if you are testing in icanhazip for example!). What is Unmetered Residential?
This service provides access to more than 2 million unique monthly residential IP addresses.HTTP & SOCKS protocol is enabled on all plans and there are no monthly data transfer caps.
What is a DNS leak?
DNS is a standard server of proxy that enables recognizing connections and other information without knowing the real IP addresses.
What locations are available for the ProxyRack Residential VPN?
We support quite a few locations from all over the world including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, Australia. Our system will automatically add new locations depending on the availability of our exit nodes. This means our supported country list is constantly being updated 24 hours a day.
What is Premium GEO Residential?
This service provides access to more than 5 million unique monthly residential IP addresses and has a high success rate. Using this service you can GEO target countries, cities, and ISPs. HTTPs protocol is enabled on this service.
What is ProxiRack Residential?
Residential IPs are only assigned to you and are not shared with other users. These come from a highly exclusive residential pool that is different from our other products.
What are the protocols that support Proxyrack Google Proxy?
There are three protocols, including SOCKS, HTTPS, and HTTP integration of Proxyrack Google Proxy for uninterrupted performance.
What is the speed of your ProxyRack residential proxies?
The speed varies depending on the connection of the exit node and they are not considered fast when compared to datacenter proxies. The servers to which you connect to are hosted on 5Gbps nodes which relay your connection to our repository of exit nodes.
