The estimated production time is between 4-8 business days.
How much is your shipping fee for 36 x 48 inches?
For EU countries, designs in the size 36 x 48 inches with black frame and larger have a shipping fee of $150. For 36 x 48 without black frame and smaller sizes have a $10 flat rate. We are trying to offer more affordable oversize shipping in the future.
What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts for 30 days, if 30 days have gone from the time of purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or purchase.
What are some considerations to be eligible for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Gift cards can not be returned. Personalized art can’t be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How will I know if the return of items is accepted?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What is your refund policy?
We only offer refunds for the following reasons: (1) Streaking/Banding; (2) Ink scratches or spits; and (3) Damaged in transit; (4) Wrong print or flaws and (5) Lost in transit. However, Piktori is not responsible for shipping delays of any sort except damage or loss. In case of a loss, we will send you a brand new canvas at our cost. If you like to register a flaw, please contact us immediately and no later than 2 days after the delivery. We will send you a replacement canvas or refund the paid amount via Credit Card, PayPal, or a Gift Card. Please note that personalized artwork is not refundable.
Does Piktori accept the cancellation of orders?
Yes. Please note that cancellations are only possible up to 1 hour after purchase. We print up to 30,000 designs per day hence a cancellation after this period won’t be possible.
