Want to reset this device? Simply switch the device off, then press and hold the On/Off and the Volume up buttons simultaneously and start LaMetric in Recovery mode.

Zack: "It's pretty cool, although the app store is pretty paltry. I developed my own app and was a bit disappointed with the flexibility of the platform - you basically have to write your own webapp for the end user if you want to allow them to customize it (no way to provide a webview or something for app configuration where I could allow the user to OAuth themselves into a service). I was not impressed with many of the other applications on the platform - many of them seem out-of-date or broken."
Morris: "The app needs a major upgrade because it is very basic. Some of the pictures are hard to recognize what they are unless someone told you what they were. I returned the clock because I felt I spent too much money for toy clock and if you lose a internet connection the clock is useless. Also the clock must be connected to the 2.4 band of your wireless router and your phone must be on the same 2.4 band too. Which is something I didn't like because I have a tri-band router and I normally kept my cellphone on the 5ghz band. When I bought my clock it was 199.99 now amazon has it listed at around 390.00. Definitely not worth that price."

All Warranty claims must be made by e-mailing support@lametric.com (and including in the subject line: Warranty Claim). Customer must obtain a RMA from Company. All Products must be returned to Company Designated Address in connection with the RMA in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection with the original or copy of a sales receipt for the returned Product prior to the expiration of the Limited Warranty Period. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.
Company will evaluate your claim to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the returned Product is covered under this Warranty. If Company determines that there is no trouble found with your returned Product or the returned Product is not eligible for warranty service, Company will ship the Product back to you, at Customer's expense. If Company determines that the Product is covered under this Warranty, Company will repair or replace the Product.
