You can expect to receive your package within one to fifteen business days from the day they ship your order depending on your proximity to Calgary. If your items are not in-stock, they will contact you with a wait period or alternative colors to choose from. Product defects are typically handled by the manufacturer. If you have difficulties getting in touch with a particular manufacturer, please send them an email.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any other reason, you may return it to them as follows:
You must contact us prior to returning your item.
- You will be responsible for all shipping charges when returning your item.
- You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit (less shipping).
- All returns must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. They cannot accept items that have any odor, smells of smoke and pet hair. If you return them with the slightest smell of smoke or pet hair you will not receive your money back and you will be responsible for paying it to ship back to you or they will donate your item on your behalf to the Babies in Cloth loaner program.
- They always recommend that you wash and try one diaper first before washing them all.
- They reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 30 days. Any returns accepted after 30 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.
Note: Returned items with a free shipping offer will have actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.
There will be a 10% stocking fee/return fee on all items returned to compensate for their time, money and service charges to order the items.

Warranty claims on defective diapers are made directly with the manufacture. Each Manufacture has different criteria for warranty. Their receipts are emailed electronically and they keep all records on file should you require another copy of your order please contact them by email.
