What is BookyWoo?
Bookywoo is a family-run business in Illawarra, NSW. Bookywoo's founder, Lydia Smith is an award-winning designer who is passionate about functional art and design. She is a designer, a mum of 2, and the daughter of 2 primary school teachers. Lydia Smith wanted her books to be eye-catching, modern, bright, engaging, challenging, and full. So full that their little Einsteins stay engaged for longer. They made a small number of books at it grew from there and love serving such a beautiful community and feel proud to be part of something special.
What is a Quiet Book?
Sometimes called a busy book, quiet book, felt book, or a Montessori book; they are fabric books that have different finger-based activities on each page. They are great for keeping your child entertained while developing their skills.
What are your books made out of?
Polyester Felt, sometimes wool felt and accessories such as zips and buttons, etc.
I have lost some pieces, can I get replacements?
Yes, simply contact us on our website using the " contact us" form or drop us a line at Booywoo on Instagram or Facebook.
What age do you recommend your books for?
Our books vary in age and skill level. You can find more information about the age recommendation on each product page.
What is BookyWoo return policy?
"If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us at hello@bookywoo.com to arrange postage and a refund or exchange. No questions asked.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please provide proof of purchase (it also helps us find your order).
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable);
a book with obvious signs of use or damage and or a camera that has been opened where the packaging has been damaged. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Please return your item to the address provided by the customer service representative."

"Once your returned item/'s is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days."

"A notification will be sent by us to the email address or phone number provided by you at the time of order.
Please check your spam in the instance of nonreceipt prior to contacting us. If you haven’t received a refund yet but have received an email notification please check your bank/card or Paypal account up to 5 days after, prior to contacting us as transfers can take time to process.
